03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

All services on 44bd are available to users aged 21 and above only. The platform strictly prohibits participation by minors.

3.1 Age Verification Process

  • We may request a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) at any time.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

44bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • Bonus Amount: Up to 200% on the first deposit, maximum ৳10,000
  • Wagering Requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (10x)
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Misuse of the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, parallel betting, multi-account bonus collection) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be restricted.

5.3 General Conditions for Promotional Offers

  • Each promotional offer can only be used once.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
  • 44bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus programme at any time.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

  • A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • 44bd reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • If suspicious betting activity is detected, payouts may be held until an investigation is complete.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

44bd gives the highest priority to fair play. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any fraudulent activity, use of software, or collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or other technical reason, 44bd will make every effort to resolve the issue. In such cases, our system logs will be treated as the final reference.

07 Responsible Gaming
